Agreement
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Bossanova. By accessing the Bossanova website, using hosted Bossanova services, or using Bossanova software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Bossanova.
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
The service
Bossanova helps manage coding-agent sessions across local machines, worktrees, hosted web services, and optional cloud features. Some features may be free, paid, experimental, or available only to invited users.
Local software may be governed by open source license terms in addition to these terms. If these terms conflict with an applicable open source license for local software, the open source license controls for that software.
Your content
You keep ownership of your code, repositories, prompts, inputs, outputs, files, and other content. You give Bossanova only the rights needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the services you choose to use.
You are responsible for your content, the repositories you connect, the agent tools you run, and the changes those tools produce. Review agent-generated changes before relying on them or shipping them.
Third-party tools
Bossanova can orchestrate third-party coding-agent tools, terminals, git hosts, package managers, cloud providers, and other services. Those tools are not controlled by Bossanova and may have their own terms, privacy policies, costs, limits, outages, and security behavior.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Bossanova to:
- break the law or violate another person's rights;
- attack, disrupt, overload, or bypass security for any system;
- upload or transmit malware, secrets you do not have permission to use, or harmful code;
- misrepresent your identity or access accounts, repos, machines, or data without authorization;
- resell, scrape, or abuse hosted services in a way that harms Bossanova or other users.
Accounts, billing, and cloud features
If Bossanova offers accounts, subscriptions, trials, or cloud features, you are responsible for keeping your account secure and for paying charges you authorize. We may change, suspend, or discontinue beta, trial, or cloud features, especially where needed for reliability, security, abuse prevention, or product changes.
Service changes and availability
We aim to keep Bossanova useful and reliable, but the service is provided as available. Features may change over time. Hosted services may experience downtime, limits, or data loss. Keep your own backups of important work.
Disclaimers
Bossanova is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise that Bossanova will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for every project. Agent-generated output may be incomplete, insecure, incorrect, or unsuitable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bossanova will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, security incidents caused by third-party tools, or business interruption.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bossanova's total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid Bossanova for the service in the six months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Bossanova at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to hosted services if you violate these terms, create security or abuse risk, fail to pay charges, or use the service in a way that could harm Bossanova or others.
Changes
We may update these terms as Bossanova changes. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
